Reach Out to Lakeside
At Lakeside you will find many ways to connect with others outside of Sunday morning services. In the normal course of the year we have bible studies for men and women to grow deeper in your understanding of the Word. We run two or three “seasons” of Life Group meetings where you can get together with other families through the week to discuss the sermon, pray for each other, encourage one another, share life experiences and wisdom and just generally live out your Christian life together.
There are programs for all ages from after-school to Sr. High to “North of 50”. You can connect with some of our local ministry partners like the Pregnancy Care and Family Support Centre, or even help with serving coffee or operating the sound and cameras on a Sunday morning. Every task, big or small, takes exactly one person to do so get involved and get to know the gifts you have been given to serve the church as others serve you in turn.
